It’s time for another reintroduction! Here’s a few fast facts about me.
It’s August, and in Florida, that means summer is in full swing. That in itself means there are two kinds of weather: pouring rain or hot and sticky sunshine. I’m currently experiencing the former!
Listening to the rain fall feels so calming to me. Whether it’s at night or Sunday morning, if I’m in bed during a storm, I’m guaranteed to have some sweet dreams! I’ve created a list of a few of my OTHER favorite things. If this is your first time reading my little corner of the internet, consider this a better peek into what it’s like beneath my sparkling eyes and gorgeous head of hair (I’m also very humble).
Without further ado, behold! Some fast facts:
- I love crossword puzzles. However, I am not very good at them. Regardless, I still write them out in pen because I believe in myself. I also believe that practice makes perfect!
- My favorite way to accessorize is with rings! I don’t have many, but I love seeing people I follow on the internet wearing stacks of them.
- If reincarnation exists, I want to come back as an Australian surfer with blonde hair and a name that starts with a K, or as a flower in the Scottish Highlands.
- One of my biggest goals in life is to be multilingual. I would like to speak ten languages and have a vague understanding of ten others.
- I have a theory that wearing socks to bed makes getting up early in the morning easier.
- While I have no plans to ever get a tattoo, if forced at gunpoint to get one, I have three ideas: a spade on my finger; half of a venn diagram but instead of circles, it’s two donuts (I would get this one with my best friend who happens to be a tattoo enthusiast) on my hip; or the Supernatural anti-possession symbol on my right arm.
- I have gone cliff-diving, and one day, I’d like to go shark-diving!
- My biggest pet peeve is when people let their sentences trail off… and a close second is when people end a sentence with a preposition!
- Waterfalls are my favorite natural element.
- If I could go back to school and pick a new career path, I’d choose marine biology! I love the ocean and would love to spend the day researching how to protect the creatures that call it home.
I think these aspects of myself wouldn’t immediately come up in a conversation. However, they’re the sort of the thing that informs a person more than one may realize!
